Male Shorthair Chihuahua in Barre Mills, Wisconsin For Sale

Needing to rehome our almost 5 year old Chi. He is considered a Tri-Color Chocolate Sable. I have his AKC papers and vet history. He is neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped, and free from parasites. He loves to cuddle with you on the couch by climbing under a blanket and tucking himself up next to your legs. He also sleeps by me at night. He is a very chill dog and doesn't like when things get too loud and hectic.
I'm looking for someone without children, or at least children that are over the age of 10. He doesn't like being picked up and can jump up on furniture by himself. He would probably do better in a household with a single person or possible an older couple. He doesn't mind going for walks, he just needs to use a harness so he doesn't press on his throat. We have a fenced yard and a dog door now that he is used to, but is a very smart dog and can be retrained if a dog door isn't possible.
He knows how to sit, shake with both feet, high five, lay down, and stand on hind legs. He is very food motivated! He will eat himself sick if you let him. I feed him two measured meals a day and he loves to chew on pigs feet and buffalo tendons that we buy from Wags and Whiskers in the Village Shopping Center.
I need to find a home for him because he has made my allergies flare up badly over the last few weeks and I have needed to go on antihistamines and steroids to help contain the hives.
